If you’re experiencing general technical issues, here’s some basic troubleshooting tips that may help:
- Closing and re-opening the app
- Checking that you have the most recent version of the app installed
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Ensuring that your internet connection is stable
- Double-checking that the information you have entered into the app is correct
Or if your issue relates to your carbon footprint not showing your latest transactions, try waiting a couple of hours before checking again. We automatically update your carbon footprint every two hours so there is a chance that your emissions are still being calculated.
