• Checking that you have the most recent version of the app installed
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
• Ensuring that your internet connection is stable
• Double-checking that the information you have entered into the app is correct

Or if your issue relates to your carbon footprint not showing your latest transactions, try waiting a couple of hours before checking again. We automatically update your carbon footprint every two hours so there is a chance that your emissions are still being calculated.

When a Greener app user shops with your business, the carbon offset will be purchased under your business’ name. You’ll have records of your offsets, allowing you to keep track of your business’ efforts to become carbon neutral.
